Recently, Trilix had the pleasure of helping rebrand and relaunch eFuneral, an online funeral planning and purchasing service. We collaborated with eFuneral to launch the web’s liveliest funeral services site by developing their entire brand, from visual identity to voice, social platforms, digital ads and website.

eFuneral was founded as a small tech startup aimed at providing customers with an online resource for comparative funeral information. After being acquired by Homesteaders Life Company, eFuneral gained the potential to be much more than that. With a network of more than 3,500 funeral services providers across the country, Homesteaders saw the potential for eFuneral to offer a completely online funeral planning and purchasing experience. With unprecedented ease of access to planning and purchasing tools, eFuneral enables people to prearrange and prepay for their funerals online, taking care of the details in advance so their loved ones aren’t left to make arrangements while reeling from loss. Before achieving that vision, however, eFuneral’s brand needed an update to reflect its broader purpose.

Trilix collaborated with the eFuneral team to create a new brand identity focused on customers’ loved ones, legacies and path forward; build a new website that connects customers with more than 20,000 funeral service providers nationwide, including online payment capabilities with select providers; launch a revamped social media presence on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram; and create a cohesive digital advertising strategy to reach key audiences. After working with the eFuneral team over the last few months to bring their vision to fruition, we’re extremely proud of their brand and website and look forward to helping them continue to grow.
