What says Iowa better than the Iowa State Fair? Held every August, the Iowa State Fair is the single largest event in Iowa, attracting more than a million people from all over the world. Each year, people flock to the Fair to see traditions such as the Butter Cow, the Bill Riley Talent Show, food and baking contests, concerts and more! The event first began in 1854, and became one of Trilix’s first clients 14 years ago.

Our relationship with the Fair began by simply producing television commercials, which grew into creating themes, graphics, and templates for all promotional materials such as ads, transit, banners, brochures, etc. We also develop, design and maintain their website in addition to helping with special projects like video presentations, parade floats, concession stand design and more. Throughout our 14 years with the Fair, Abe Goldstein has led the account and is the brains behind the Fair’s creative themes. He’s also an avid attendee and participant each year. Abe has competed in the accordion competitions in the past, and his wife, Jackie, is a blue ribbon winner for her pies. She hopes to add another ribbon to her collection this month!

Trilix employees venture to the Fair every year for an outing to enjoy the food, music, animals and more. We love seeing our hard work on display and are proud to be an Iowa agency working with this world-famous Iowa tradition.
